Information you give us

When you use the game or contact support, you may provide:

Account and profile info: user ID, server ID, display name, language, and country or region
Login details: if you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive identifiers needed to create and secure your game account (such as account ID). We do not use your login email for unrelated marketing
Support messages: what you send to customer service, including your contact details if you include them

Please do not use your real name in your in-game display name.

Information collected automatically

When you play, we and our partners may automatically collect:

Gameplay data: progress, heroes, inventory, rankings, and in-game actions needed to run game features
Device and technical data: device model, iOS version, language, network type, IP address, app version, and performance or crash logs
Purchase data: what you bought, when, and transaction references processed through the Apple App Store
Advertising data: advertising identifiers (where allowed under Apple’s tracking rules), ad interactions, and rewarded video ad views through Google AdMob
Install attribution: how you installed the app, where available through Apple App Store attribution tools

Permissions

The game may request permissions needed for network access and, where required, Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) / advertising identifiers. You can manage these in your iOS settings.

create and manage your account and save your progress
run gameplay, matchmaking, rankings, and multiplayer features
process in-app purchases through the Apple App Store
show rewarded video ads and measure ad performance
provide customer support and respond to your requests
improve stability, fix bugs, and balance the game
detect cheating, fraud, abuse, and security issues
comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

We process data based on providing the game to you, your consent where required (including ATT where applicable), legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (such as security and service improvement).

We do not sell your personal information.

Other players — when you use social, ranking, or multiplayer features
Apple — App Store In-App Purchase and related App Store services (Apple Privacy Policy)
Google — Google Sign-In, Google AdMob ads, and advertising identifiers where used (Google Privacy Policy)
Meta (Facebook) — Facebook Login and app events (Meta Privacy Policy)
TikTok — advertising measurement and app events when enabled (TikTok Partner Privacy Policy)

Data security and retention

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Tracking and advertising ID: you can manage App Tracking and related advertising preferences in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (and Apple’s advertising settings where available)
Push notifications: you can turn them off in device or in-game settings where available
Third-party logins: you can manage linked Google or Facebook accounts through those services

Children's privacy

Last Green is intended for a general audience. Please refer to the age rating shown on the Apple App Store listing for the applicable rating in your region. Where the law requires parental or guardian consent before we collect personal information from children, we follow those rules and do not knowingly collect such information without appropriate consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child provided personal data without required consent, contact putianyingge@163.com and we will take appropriate steps.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, or to object to certain processing.

EU and UK users: you may also request data portability and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (UK: ico.org.uk).

California residents: under the CCPA, you may request details about data we collect and request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
